About Ellen

Ellen DiSilverio is a UI/UX Designer who creates solutions that make everything simple and seamless. She believes that the right design is one of the most powerful tools for connecting people, communicating true value, and creating experiences that support and amplify the ideas behind it—ultimately enabling the product to make a lasting impact on the world.

Ellen has worked on projects for PC, mobile, and VR, using her skills for educational instruction, product advertisement, and more. Regardless of the environment, she is always looking to innovate. Some examples include pioneering the introduction of prototyping and animation into company workflows, utilizing her 3D skillset to expand potential design solutions and increase immersion, and defining techniques that accelerate timelines across entire teams.

Ellen is a certified graduate of the Springboard UI/UX bootcamp. She is currently enrolled in a front-end development course at Gymnasium to brush up on her HTML and CSS skills, and is a proud alumnus of The University of Alabama (Roll Tide!), where she double majored in computer science and fine arts.

When she’s not pushing pixels and perfecting personas, Ellen can be found tending to her aquascapes, working on personal illustrations, or sneaking stolen socks back from her goldendoodle, Guster.
